	_____Rural Mutual Insurance annual update: Carl Thomfohrda, Agent
	_____Proposal to: 1) accept the right-of-way for the extension of
Belisle Court.
			     2) accept the construction of approximately 213 square feet of
a water 				          treatment pond within the proposed right-of-way
and accept that any 				          future maintenance will be the
responsibility of the town.
	_____Proposal to accept sub-division requested on behalf of Dale and
Teresa Jensen: 
	_____Liquor license application: Gary and Nancy Searle,
applicants/owners of Cricket’s Bar and 		            Grill previously
known as The Tac.
	_____TRIP: identify possible projects and feasibility of proposal
application
	_____2009 Road Projects-continued: Bid opening; Dead-ends.
_____utilization of town hall update
	_____Special meeting for preparation of 2010 budget scheduled for
Oct. 26th 2009, 7:00pm
