June 2, 2011 Back on and Road Update
OK It's been a long time since I've been online at the town website. For some reason I have not been able to access this from home or work so from now on I will come to the town hall and try to give monthy updates. It is June and we are in the process of working on road projects for 2011. We have some of the finer roads in Polk County and beyond. We will be looking at a couple of problem roads and paving a couple of long neglected ones. If at anytime you know of a particular problem, feel free to call me and leave a message or stop in at Pap's and tell me about it. All problems will be looked into. As we get some estimates on certain projects, the town board will sit down and prioritise them and do as many as we can afford. I will post them for all to see what we will work on for this season.
