The meeting was called to order at 9:00AM with a roll call indicating
all members present and proper notification attested.

1.	List of election workers for 2007 submitted.  (See Attached) 
Motion moved, seconded and approved 3-0.
2.	Description of process to be used for closing out 2006 financials
was discussed and agreed upon.
3.	Item 9 of new business of 12-11-06 was rescinded on a motion
moved, seconded, and approved 3-0.  Board directed clerk to publish
notice required under 60.47 (2) (a) of the Town of Apple River intent
to enter into a public contract  to purchase approximately 4000 tons
of gravel and also an unidentified amount of trap rock or field stone
for road shoulder repair.
4.	The board and one volunteer, Loretta Chapdelaine will prepare tax
statements for mailing after adjournment.

Motion was moved, seconded and approved 3-0 to adjourn at 9:30AM.
